MMXVI - 2016

This is the 4th vintage of where we started this adventure.  100% Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon from the iconic Shaw and Quintessence Vineyards.  It was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, 50% New and 50% Used, and then held in bottle another 24 months before release.  This is the deeper, darker side of this release, delivering a well structured deep garnet wine with balanced tannins and acid, composed of bright red and black fruit flavors with cedar and sandalwood earthy undertones.
